Brain waves

Brain waves give us grand understanding on human strcture.

Researchers have discovered that different states of consciousness are related to the presence of brain waves. Their frequency, cycles per second, changes depending on our mental state. Some of these states can overlap, it depends on the person.

Connections and brain waves

Beta state-13 cycles/sec-concentration, awake active consciousness, affirmations and spiritual intentions

Alpha state-8-12 cycles/sec-daydreaming, meditation, light trance states

Theta state-5-7-cycles/sec-lucid visualization, the beginning of the vibrational state, deep trance states, hypnosis, deep meditation

Delta state-0.5-4 cycles/sec-emptying, dream conversion, awakening, deep sleep

Truth and brain waves

As brain activity decreases, we relax more deeply and focus inward. This is the Alpha state. When we relax completely and become sleepy, our brain goes into a slower but stronger state characterized by Theta waves. It is the intermediate state between wakefulness and sleep. That is, mental images that appear spontaneously or daydreaming. This is the launching point for out-of-body experiences and mystical states of consciousness.

Exognosis and brain waves

The Theta state opens the mind to the subconscious, intuition, understanding and creativity. When we sleep deeply, the predominant brain waves slow down until they become Delta. These waves are slower than Theta waves when we can still be conscious. It is about deep states of meditation or trance and other transcendental states of consciousness. In the Delta state our brain secretes a significant amount of healing hormone.
