William Reich

William Reich was one of the most brilliant German inventors, killed by the Americans because he was inconvenient, not before stealing his inventions. 

Dr. William Reich theorized that a mysterious orgonic force (the primordial energy of life) could be collected in containers he invented called orgone accumulators, devices that are used for optimal health and well-being. It is the energy that ETs feed on, like psychic vampires. 

The cloud dispersal cannon, another invention of Reich's, could shoot rain from the clouds. The cloud cannon could discharge energy from lightning. It was also an orgone accumulator that discharges orgone energy from the atmosphere. 

While experimenting with the Cloud Cannon, Reich encountered UFOs and understood that they had come to Earth to extract orgone energy and evacuate dead orgone energy waste. This was the cause of the negative environmental effects on the planet. 

At one point Reich decided to target the UFO Cloud Cannon above him which caused their retreat. Reich declared "Tonight, for the first time in human history, the war waged for centuries by living beings from outer space on this earth...had a response".
